Below you will find a checklist and the required consent form to complete your IndigIrecruit application. Please print and complete the appropriate consent form and have a scanned version of your First Nation status card, Metis card, or Inuit community affiliation Indigenous ID. Letters of Intent and reference letters should also be a part of your application. Below you will find a form to fill out and attach the appropriate documents. All checklist items must be checked and verified to enrol into the IndigIrecruit program.
